These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
In particular, as described in the Terms and Conditions, please note that this website was made public only for the convenience of our customers and dealer technicians. Alfsmotorcycles.co.uk do not guarantee the accuracy of the contents of this website and shall not be liable to customers or dealer technicians for any possible damage resulting from the use of this website.

This website summarizes points of maintenance information as a convenience to customers with respect to their maintenance of Kawasaki products and this website does not completely or in detail set forth all processes of how to maintain the products. To obtain complete information, please refer to the Owner’s Manual provided by Kawasaki and its affiliates, as the case maybe. Alfsmotorcycles.co.uk shall not be liable for any mistakes or insufficiently described information found on this website.

The contract between us:
The contract for purchases made through the website will be with Alfs Motorcycles Ltd/alfsmotorcycles.co.uk, who must receive complete payment of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Alf’s Motorcycles will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contact.
Alf’s Motorcycles is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
General Terms:
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the ‘spare parts’ order system on the website alfsmotorcycles.co.uk. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability to the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public requirements apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including solicitor fees) arising out of your use of this site.
We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through this website.
Payment Details
Alf’s Motorcycles Ltd, accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling and include 20% vat. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Payment terms
At the time of placing your order we will take payment upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details and efforts have been made to contact you to correct the payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you within 3 days, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.
Availability of Goods You Order
If Alf’s Motorcycles has insufficient Kawasaki stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Alf’s Motorcycles from your Credit Card will be re-credited to your account and you shall be notified by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Alf’s Motorcycles will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Ordering
Up until the point of clicking on ‘submit’ your order, you will be able to correct errors on your order. If you notice an error once clicked you must contact us by email to advise the error or correction within 24 hours of the order placement, otherwise our usual terms of supply will be enforcing and charges may be applicable to you.
Our delivery charges are clearly advised on our website.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate and will not accept liability for non-delivery if the address you have provided is incorrect, your order will be deemed as delivery. If you are out when the delivery is scheduled, please advise us of your alternative safe place for the order to be left. Once the order has been delivered, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is proven to be our fault).
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 14 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Ownership, risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you.
Cancellation rights
You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. No reason is required for cancelling your contract. Please note that for non-stock items that have been specially ordered, a 20% deduction will be made from your refund to allow for handling charges. Should you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us by emailing your request to cancel to parts@alfsmotorcycles.co.uk with the following information:

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days, less charges as applicable.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if the goods have been used or worn by you prior to cancellation. Returns can only be accepted and refunded if the goods are saleable, unused and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase. In the event of receiving a faulty or misdescribed item, please inform us within 5 working days of the receipt of the goods. Unless agreed otherwise, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery; we will provide you with a full refund.
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to this agreement
Alf’s Motorcycles or Kawasaki UK, reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
